This felt like the kind of cocktail you sip slowly in a velvet booth. I went with smoked ice and a rosemary sprig — that combo really elevated the whole experience. It’s bitter in that classic Negroni way, but super refined. Would order again for a special night.
I love a good Negroni, but the Nightfall version leaned a bit heavy on the Campari for my taste. I tried it stirred and served up with no herbal note — very smooth, but I was hoping for more balance. Beautiful presentation though, and great for die-hard Negroni fans.
