I had it with blanco tequila for a little edge, and it worked SO well. Sweet, tart, and cooling without being too heavy. The elderflower gives it this delicate floral finish that’s super unique. It’s now my favorite on the menu!
Went with vodka as the base and it was still super flavorful — the lemon and raspberry combo shines through, and the texture is silky smooth. Garnish was fresh and vibrant, and the presentation? Gorgeous. Total crowd pleaser.
